Requirements

  • 5+ years product management / technical business analyst experience
  • 5+ Direct experience working in an Agile team
  • 3+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Deep understanding of the ITIL Service Management functions
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret business and technical needs and translate them into actionable user stories
