Deutsche Bank is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst, VP to join its Foundational Platforms team within Automation Platform/GTI. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering the ServiceNow platform, eliciting requirements, designing and implementing solutions used by tens of thousands of users across the world.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience working in dynamic IT environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge in one or more of the following areas: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM
