We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer to join our team in the Employee Technology Experience group. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer and 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect. The role will involve developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations, as well as mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Six+ years of relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer AND 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on platform development and customization.
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and others.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Exposure to and experience with APM, DPR, and UI Builder.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Familiarity with Integrating external tools (Jira, Clarity, version control and testing tools) and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile and Virtual Agent.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
