- 10+ years with ServiceNow using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps
- 8+ years with IaaS platform capabilities and services
- 10+ years with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- 5+ years of team building and leading cross-functional teams
