The Lead Technology Analyst will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring CMDB data integrity and robustness. The role requires 8-10 years of experience in IT, 5 years of ServiceNow experience, and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in an IT industry
- 5 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
- 5 years' experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management & ITOM
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB | CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications)
- Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures
- Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CI Data audits
- ITIL certified
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) | CMDB Fundamentals | ITOM Discovery Implementation | CSDM Fundamental
- Agile Methodology experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
