Lead Wireless Network Operations Engineer

Join Comcast's award-winning technology team as a Lead Wireless Network Operations Engineer. This role involves designing and maintaining the mobile wireless network, analyzing network KPIs, and developing sensors and machine learning models to improve network performance and customer experience. We're open to remote candidates in the United States, with a preference for those in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in E2E data and voice call architecture, OSS/BSS operations, network KPIs, and incident management tooling like ServiceNow.
• Sensor development and building data extraction for the network in Python or Go.
• Strong background in Network Troubleshooting, Log Analysis, and Root Cause Investigation.
• Experience in dashboarding and visualization in building and maintaining dashboards to visualize network health and key metrics using Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus.
• High Availability Architecture to meet the SLAs
• Load balancing architecture, DNS routing policies, and upgrade architecture for micro services using CICD pipelines for on-premise and cloud workloads.
