This technical-functional IT role is closely aligned with the Legal Operations function to support Legal systems best practice, usage, and requirements. The role will partner with project teams and assist with management of project deliverables and transition to production support.
Requirements
- System administration experience
- Technical engagement and system support for legal systems
- Participation in system design sessions and project cycles
- Leadership of enhancement, upgrade, and critical functional cycles
- Collaboration with IT operations, Compliance Teams, and Legal department Functional Stakeholders
- Document creation and management
- System configuration and user guidance
- Data structures and support audit and compliance areas
- Training team support with configured environments and test data
- SDLC ServiceNow tickets management
