We are looking for a Level II Computer Network Support Technician to ensure optimal functioning of computer systems and resolve progressive requests from the service center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • MCSE certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in PC environment administration
  • Experience with Microsoft products, such as M365 and Azure cloud services
  • Experience with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with JAMF for Apple device management
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills in English
