We are looking for a Level II Computer Network Support Technician to ensure optimal functioning of computer systems and resolve progressive requests from the service center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- MCSE certification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in PC environment administration
- Experience with Microsoft products, such as M365 and Azure cloud services
- Experience with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow
- Familiarity with JAMF for Apple device management
- Proficiency in French and English
- Excellent communication skills in English
