Load Balance Network Engineer (SME)

Leidos is seeking a Load Balance Network Engineer SME to maintain a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. This role requires implementation, operations, and maintenance of load balancer technologies in a global enterprise across multiple networks.

Requirements

• Experienced in administering and managing F5 load balancer appliances in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of standards, concepts, and tools to be able to complete technology monitoring and management of F5 appliances
• Technical knowledge backing up PKI certificates and appliance configurations
• Expertise creating, managing, and troubleshooting load balanced IP address spaces
• Experience working independently in support of customer requirements
• Experience interfacing with team members on requirements and solutions
• Familiar with IT Service Management products such as ServiceNow
• Certifications: DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) – IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher) and F5 Certified Administrator (201) or higher certification
