The Makerspace Student Assistant supports the operations of the AU Library Makerspace, staffing the space, maintaining equipment, and providing customer service.
Requirements
- Operating the machines within the Makerspace.
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment/tools and reporting of broken items.
- Answering tickets using ServiceNow as well as maintaining a consistent presence on Microsoft Teams.
- Maintaining inventory of the Makerspace’s tools and consumable materials.
