Requirements
- Degree qualified
- 10 years of overall experience in IT Service Management and IT Operations
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules
- ServiceNow Practitioner credentials
- ITIL Certification (preferably v3 Expert or v4 Managing Professional)
