As the Manager, Employee Relations Management - EMEA, you will oversee a team of employee relations professionals, provide strategic guidance, and ensure consistency and fairness in the region. You will manage a diverse team, conduct investigations, and provide data-driven insights to the business.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience as a people leader in the Employee Relations / Human Resources space.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in client-facing employee relations roles, to include experience and expertise in performance management, conducting investigations and grievance processes, and supporting sensitive employee matters.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
