Manager for Manufacturing Applications Support

Join our central team of IT system professionals and analysts to support the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and other applications directly related to AstraZeneca's manufacturing operations. Ensure optimum performance and stability for multiple systems, providing workarounds and identifying areas for improvement or permanent solutions.

Requirements

• 14+ years of prior experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3 support)
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing and supporting a Manufacturing Execution System, PAS-X would be an advantage
• Development and solve experience on applications built on.NET technologies
• Strong development and solve experience with Oracle, SQL Server or any other RDBMS
• 8+ prior development experience in Oracle SQL and PLSQL and should have worked on complex SQL queries
• Hands-on Knowledge in SQL Server (T-SQL) and HTML and Style Sheet Creation (CSS)
• Hands-on knowledge of Informatica/SnapLogic development
• Experience in scripting using PowerShell and/or other automation tools like MS PowerApps or Power Automate
• Expertise on incident, problem, change, and release management following ITIL processes
• Experienced on IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy or Service Manager
• Experience working with third-party vendor applications
• 5+ years of prior experience working with DevOps and Scrum methodologies
