The QA Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for defining and implementing quality assurance standards and best practices across the IT organization. This includes overseeing QA processes for custom web and integration development, SaaS platforms, data pipelines, and infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering, including leadership of distributed teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Hands-on experience testing across diverse platforms: web applications, APIs, data pipelines, data warehouses, and SaaS platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
