Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience with technologies and advanced coding skills
• Team Leadership Experience
• Proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 developers for a minimum of four years.
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful projects, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a reputable university, with a history of strong academic performance.
• Backend Development Expertise
• At least four years of hands-on experience in backend development, showcasing deep technical knowledge.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and inspire team members to excel.
• Stable Career History
• A consistent career trajectory, reflecting stability and commitment, with minimal job-hopping.
• Industry Experience
• Preference for candidates with leadership experience in top-tier companies within the tech industry.
• English Proficiency
