We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Engineer to serve as the IT Architect for IT process automation and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) champion. This critical role will lead the delivery of IT automation initiatives and oversee the full deployment and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery across servers, storage, and network devices in datacenters.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, testing tools, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in IT process automation tools and frameworks (ServiceNow, Ansible, or similar).
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB design, deployment, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
