As a Mgr, Expert Services Mgmt, you will manage a team of technical consultants, point of escalation for partner support team, and provide operational support for all partner related inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Years combined experience in the areas of call center or partner program operations
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with fast‐paced teams
