As a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) Licensing expert Lead, you will be responsible for delivering licensing advisory & consultancy for large accounts, managing DXCs EA Azure contract, and providing solutioning for MS Enterprise Agreement (EA) opportunities. You will also be responsible for vendor negotiation support, point of contact for account escalations, and delivering new vendor program training & awareness to Offering and Account teams.
Requirements
- Microsoft Licensing Certified Professional is must
- 10+ years Licensing Customer Support for large Enterprise clients globally
- 10+ years’ experience in Software Licensing Industry
- Azure Virtual Machine Solutions Specialist
- M365 License Specialist
- Experience & understanding of Microsoft licensing is must
- Extensive familiarity working with the Microsoft Partner Network environment
- Ability to build & manage a variety of financial opportunity pipelines essential
- Experience in resolving high value customer disputes & high stakes negotiations with vendors
- Experience of third party software resale business, including dealing with end-customers directly regarding Microsoft licensing requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Licensing Desktop and Server software,
- Proficient in Azure subscription management
- Excellent written and spoken business English,
- in-depth Microsoft EA licensing knowledge, and product related knowledge across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Skilled in Business Alliances, Business Development, and Partner Management.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills required
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills a must
- Knowledge of the sales process combined with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with both internal and external customers is needed
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
