MyP&O Onboarding Analyst is a high-energy role that requires an energetic, customer-centric Associate/Contingent Worker to support new joiners in China, Australia, and New Zealand through onboarding activities. The role involves fostering close working relationships with other P&O service lines and segment onboarding resources.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of general HR experience
- Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and practices
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to navigate various HR Systems (Workday & ServiceNow)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
