360 IT Professionals is a Software Development Company based in Fremont, California that offers complete technology services. We are seeking a Configuration Management Data Engineer to work in Phoenix, AZ for a 6-12 month duration.
Requirements
- Good experience in CMDB data modeling and implementation approaches
- 2-3 years working with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience and understanding of IP Networking, Devices, Network Design Methodology and configuration
- Understanding and practice in Windows Domain and Unix System Administration
- Good understanding on ITSM processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and convincing capabilities
- Ability to react quickly and work under pressure
- Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems
