Network Operations Engineer Senior- Principal(L2 NOC) will independently complete infrastructure project assignments, plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. They will provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in direct support of Network Operations in a large enterprise environment
  • ServiceNow or similar ITIL experience
  • Technical lead experience with Vulnerability Management, Remediation, and Reporting
  • Advanced understanding of network communications technologies
  • Experience with Arista switches, Cisco routers and switches, network monitoring and management platforms, and industry network protocols
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of excel formulas
  • Hands on experience with industry network protocols, WAN and LAN technologies, and security standards
  • Excellent communication skills
