Network Operations Lead

Pacific Life is seeking a Network Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of the network infrastructure, ensuring its performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading a network operations team in an enterprise environment
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, implementing, and supporting global networks
• Advanced technical skills and experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Wireshark, ClearPass, Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong background in network infrastructure, protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and datacenter technologies (Cisco ACI, NDO, VXLAN)
• Experience leading outsourced and remote teams
• Effective communication with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and with experience presenting the business side of technical topics to non-technical audiences
• One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCIE
• B.S/MS in Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
