We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-orientated Network QA Specialist to ensure the networks we manage will exceed the expectations of our clients. The role will conduct quality checks, audits, and spot trainings, leveraging ServiceNow and Excel for detailed reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA role, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow (or comparable ticketing systems) and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Networking Knowledge: Preferred background networks, with Network+ or beginner CCNA knowledge.
- Ticketing Systems: Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise-level ticketing systems for running reports.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in using Excel to analyze and present data effectively.
