The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Network Operations Center/Systems Admin and experience in multiple disciplines, including networking, OS-Linux, Windows, security, and database background.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in Network Operations Center/Systems Admin
- Experience in multiple disciplines (networking, OS-Linux, Windows, security, database background)
- ITIL (2-4 yrs)
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience (1-3 yrs)
- Basic systems admin/application admin skills (Performing restarts, creating accounts)
- Good communication skills
