Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a NIPR Help Desk Specialist to provide on-site desktop, software, and peripheral support to US Army North (USARNORTH) personnel. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting IT Help Desk and knowledge of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, and other common desktop applications.

Requirements

  • Active T3 investigation with ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
  • 3+ years experience supporting IT Help Desk
  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, and other common desktop applications
  • Project a positive image and professional manner always
  • Knowledgeable communicating desktop support concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Computer Environment Certificate in latest version of Windows
