We are looking for a NOC-technician to join a dynamic and solution-oriented team in Kista. The team works with critical infrastructure, technical challenges, and colleagues who fully support each other.
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English
- Previous experience of operating various networks within IP networks, mobile networks, and critical infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of networks, IT, and support from similar roles
- Previous experience of working in shifts
- Familiarity with working in ServiceNow or similar incident management systems
