NOSC Tier 2 Infrastructure Administrator

We're seeking an experienced Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Tier II Infrastructure Administrator to support a 24x7x365 enterprise operations center. The role involves monitoring network dashboards, analyzing problems, and troubleshooting escalated incidents. Responsibilities include providing expertise for LAN, WAN, security, systems, and other technologies, as well as training junior analysts and leading root cause analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree
• At least 8 (eight) years of relevant experience including routing/switching experience
• Previous experience configuring, troubleshooting, and problem management of network, security, system, and cloud resources
• Possess one or more vendor certifications (network, security, system, or cloud)
• Previous experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Certification Requirement: Any one of more of the following vendor certifications from Juniper, Azure, AWS, CCNA, CCNP, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Bluecoat, F5, GCP, CISM, CISP, CEH
• Clearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance or higher; Public Trust clearance with Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) or Customs & Border Protection preferred
