O&M Systems Engineer

Leidos is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Systems Engineer with strong systems and software experience to support a complex DHS effort. The Senior Systems Engineer will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support on a mission-critical program supporting the CBP Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD).

Requirements

• BS/BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters' degree with a minimum of 6 years of previous relevant experience; or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• U.S. Citizen
• Must currently possess an active Top Secret Clearance
• Experience with supporting applications within the AWS Cloud environment
• Experience with troubleshooting application production problems and providing solutions promptly
• Experience with monitoring production applications and databases
• Ability to analyze recurring problems and initiate solutions for preventing reoccurrence
• Experience in supporting O&M 24x7x365 operations including nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA

Benefits

• Pay Range: $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
