We are looking for Onsite IT Support Technicians to deliver enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. As part of our collaboration with a global strategic partner, we require IT support technicians to work at various client locations in Germany.
Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in the following areas: Handling of ServiceNow tickets, Software deployment and related issues, Support of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and other areas
