We are seeking a broadly experienced candidate to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support VIP and VVIP customers.
Requirements
- Communicating and interfacing with customers and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking.
- Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely.
- Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify, and terminate accounts.
- Troubleshooting workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Imaging, installing, and configuring workstations.
- Troubleshooting Windows 10 and above, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Working with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center and ServiceNow.
- Troubleshooting Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.
