We are looking for an Operations & Support Specialist to join our team at ING Hubs Romania. As a key player in facilitating change and transformation within ING, you will be responsible for product management of several COO Tech tools, controlling the backlog, setting priorities, managing the budget, and allocating engineers. You will also work closely with stakeholders to understand processes and drive predictable delivery schedules.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in operational support / PMO / Portfolio Management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM and time writing is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- A practical, hands-on, and flexible approach
- Strong customer support & teamwork
- Relevant certifications
