The role requires a high volume of outbound messages each day, targeting a dedicated player base using segmentation tools.
Requirements
- Passion for gaming and understanding of in-game economies and purchasing behaviors.
- Proven experience in sales, retention, or customer engagement (experience in chat/email-based outreach preferred).
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive messages.
- Experience in high-volume outbound engagement (chat/email-based).
- Data-driven mindset - able to interpret trends and optimize messaging accordingly.
- Proficiency with CRM, CMS, or player engagement tools (experience with ServiceNow CMS is a plus).
- Results-oriented mindset, focused on hitting and exceeding conversion targets.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable testing and iterating different approaches.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
- Comfortable working during US time zones to align with the target player base.
