The Devoteam Cyber Trust team is dedicated to cybersecurity expertise. Composed of over 800 passionate experts worldwide, including 450 in France, we advise our clients on complex subjects such as cyber, risks, resilience, network security, cloud security, encryption, audit, and security around our 5 partners AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. We are looking for a PAM Consultant to ensure the following missions:

• Project management and/or participation in the implementation of PAM tools.
• Functional and/or technical PAM architecture
• Review of identity and access management (PAM) process, from a business, HR, and IT perspective.
• Functional and technical evaluation of market tools.
• Maintenance in operational condition
• Animation of the partner relationship, including the development plan.

Qualifications

A graduate with a degree from an engineering school, business school, or university with good English skills, you have experience in IAM for at least 3 years. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in the PAM domain. A professional certification for a PAM tool from the market (notably Defender or Sentry from CyberArk) would be a plus. You have a genuine interest in information systems, risk management, innovation, direct management, and client relations. You are eager to invest in interesting projects and quickly gain responsibilities.

How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam?

It includes 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, English level, and validate your motivation elements
• Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs through an exchange with an expert in the field
• Leadership Interview: It allows you to evaluate your potential, ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference is requested, and, depending on your profile, technical tests (English, personality,...), or other assessments may be sent to you. If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In the event of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
