PAM Operations Engineer

WPP is seeking a PAM Operations Engineer to support, operate, deploy, document, integrate, and migrate services to the WPP’s Beyond Trust PAM platform. The successful candidate will work with the PAM Product Lead to run and operate WPP’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) Products strategy, using the Beyond Trust Platform.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Beyond Trust PAM Platform.
• Good level knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Good level knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Entra ID services and their security best practices.
• Knowledge of OKTA.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and or Jira
• Background of working in an Operations Support Team
• Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of configurations, policies and procedures.
• Experience of working in global, highly complex environments.
• Collaboration skills.
• Problem and Service Management.
• Working with Third Party suppliers and Vendors.
