This is a part-time position requiring 20 to 30 hours of work per week. The team is responsible for ensuring all global new hires and internal employee transfers have all the technology they need when they start their new role with Wayfair, as well as ensuring governance of the hardware management in Europe.
Requirements
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with CMDB, JAMF, and Intune
- Experience with the full IT asset lifecycle
