As a Part Time Learning and Development Specialist, you will support the Learning function, including employee recognition, onboarding, learning, and leadership development. You will design and develop learning solutions, manage projects, and interact with internal and external resources.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience: learning and development, talent management, human resources, or related field
- Four-year degree: Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of adult learning and design principles
- Knowledge of learning design tools and Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), Outlook, and web conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Instructional and presentation design skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including the ability to influence business leaders in developing alternative solutions
- Project management skills
- Ability to consult with managers and employees to identify business focused solutions
- Ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, implement and manage complex or multiple projects in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment in conjunction with day-to-day activities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and collaborate with others when necessary
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse background and perspectives
- Ability to research best practices and propose innovative solutions utilizing learning technology
