Partner Solutions Architect

Workato is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to lead the charge in the Partner Success Team. The role involves empowering and delivering transformative Integration and Automation solutions to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in a similar role and a deep understanding of integration technologies, API frameworks, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (8-15 years) in a similar role within the Integration and Automation industry
• Deep understanding of integration technologies, API frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP)
• Strong proficiency in architecting solutions using iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) tools, preferably Workato
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, or technology vendors
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Workato, Salesforce, AWS, Azure) are a plus
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
• Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information and options quickly
• Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
