We are seeking a People Operations Lead to join our team in Munich or Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations in Germany, with experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery. The role involves ensuring compliance, delivering exceptional employee support, and acting as a trusted advisor on local labor laws and practices.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations in Germany
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in France & Denmark is a plus
- Fluency in English and German, additional languages (especially French) are highly desirable
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
- Ability to work hybrid
- Previous experience working for a global company is highly desirable
- Experience in Workday and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) is preferred
