The People Operations Lead will be responsible for delivering seamless service, prioritizing the needs of employees and the business, and establishing a comprehensive support model. The role will involve navigating complex global environments, ensuring compliance, and acting as a trusted advisor on local labor laws and practices.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the labour laws and regulations in Germany
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in France & Denmark is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German, additional languages (especially French) are highly desirable.
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
- Ability to work hybrid
- Previous experience working for a global company is highly desirable
- Experience in Workday and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) is preferred
- Capable of balancing strategic planning with efficient execution
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural differences and the ability to navigate these in a business context
