People Operations Lead

Join our Global People Operations Team as a People Operations Lead in Munich or Berlin. You'll be the cornerstone of People Operations for Germany, ensuring compliance, delivering exceptional employee support, and acting as a trusted advisor on local labor laws and practices.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of labour laws and regulations in Germany
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in France & Denmark is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German, additional languages (especially French) are highly desirable.
• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
• Ability to work hybrid
• Previous experience working for a global company is highly desirable
• Experience in Workday and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) is preferred
• Capable of balancing strategic planning with efficient execution
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural differences and the ability to navigate these in a business context
