The People Services Generalist Junior will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and executing People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for employees. The role will provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, P&C, and PS on all Knowledge Management topics managed in the Servicenow and Workday tools.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or customer service support
- Familiarity with People Service tools (Workday, ServiceNow, QlikSense)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and data management
