People Services Junior Generalist (Hungarian Speaker) manages the employee life cycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, and termination, for Central and South Europe countries. The role involves creating employee contracts, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring all systems are up to date. The team focuses on continuous improvement processes and offers opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial
