The People Solutions Consultant II, Retail will resolve escalated, complex, and broad inquiries, leveraging HR's operating model to achieve the strongest results. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
• 2-5 years of HR experience, in one or more HR disciplines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Nike business
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and working knowledge of HR Information System (e.g. SAP, WorkDay) or ticket management system (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Growth mindset, flexible and able to provide clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
