Pipeline - ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect

ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect for Pipeline, responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform in Customer Workflows, designing and delivering solutions, and advising customers on how to improve their business processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Industry domain expertise in any of: Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement, etc.
