The Platform Architect complements the build of technical components for a given Platform, securing alignment with business needs & Pernod Ricard tech standards. They manage the development of tech elements from design to maintenance & continuous improvement, and contribute to transversal tech landscape optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the same field
  • Agile methodologies: experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of Service management, governance & ITIL process
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of agile principles, service management and technologies
  • Familiarity with agile and service management tools such as Jira, Servicenow etc
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management: ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Metrics and analytics: skills in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to work with external service providers
