Platform Automation Specialist (Service Now)

LMAX Group is a global financial technology company seeking a Platform Automation Specialist to support integration projects, automate business processes, and develop integration solutions using ServiceNow, REST/SOAP API services, and messaging middleware.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Service Now integration with other applications
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, Angular, CSS, and AJAX and programming languages such as Python
• Experience with API management, middleware technologies, and integration tools (both scripted and out-of-box REST API and SOAP web services)
• Proficiency querying SQL databases and schemas
• Azure and AWS ecosystem experience would be beneficial
• Proven experience with messaging middleware technologies. Experience with Kafka would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc...)
