The PMO Acon will work with onshore engagement teams on large transformation programs to restructure and navigate clients through change agendas. Responsibilities include developing program financial governance, identifying tools and methods, and evaluating commercial/financial performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting with stakeholders globally
- PMO and Business Insights/Financial research/Secondary research skills
- Experience with PPM Tools (e.g. Planview, Clarizen, ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Primavera, MS Project), Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, Business Process Modelling Tools, BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to manage Engagement Financials Budget forecast Vs Actuals, Engagement profitability, Summary of invoices, billing and invoicing etc
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Ability to travel globally
- Language skills: English (proficient) both written and spoken
