We are looking for a Pre-sales ServiceNow Consultant to provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the sales process.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Ability to understand clients' business objectives and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ServiceNow implementation experience is a plus.
