The Department of Technology is looking for a Premier Support Services Engineer to provide enterprise class services to San Francisco City departments. The position will be responsible for supporting the City's Office 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. The engineer will also provide support for the City's other centralized enterprise platforms and be responsible for onboarding departments to enterprise applications and services.

Requirements

  • An associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field
  • One (1) year of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining the components of an enterprise network
  • ITIL certification, Adobe, ServiceNow, knowledge using PowerShell, and project management tools such as Project Online or Microsoft Planner
