We are looking for a Principal Architect to join our team, focusing on People and Legal Technology domains. You will provide technical expertise on the NOW platform and work across multiple scrum teams to provide technical leadership and direction for system design, implementation, integration, modernization, and continuous improvements on the platform.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, experience with HR Service Delivery and Legal Service Delivery a plus
  • Knowledge of App Engine and Creator Workflows
  • Experience leading development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a product operating model and working with multiple products simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Technical Architect Certification (CTA) a plus
